We do not need all the choices in the world for our shower routines. Honestly we don’t need to shower daily (shocker, I know). Hear me out. Especially if you have ADHD, doing something for over 10 minutes is daunting. I have a normal shower routine, and a highly minimal routine. Normally I wash my face and body. Next if I have more time I might shave, and then if I am feeling glamorous lol I will wash my hair. Not all of these need to be done at once! Set the routine for you, that makes you comfortable.
