– sentadilla en pulso continuo 4x1min
– sentadilla en saltos laterales 4×45 seg
– estocada lateral 4x 40 seg cada lado
– zancada continua 4×40 seg cada lado
– pm unilateral con elevación en punta de pie 4×45 seg cada lado. Combinar con una alimentación déficit calórico para mayor resultados
