This is a CRUELTY FREE, BEGINNER FRIENDLY, CURLY HAIR ROUTINE ON A BUDGET! None of the products are expensive compared to the other shampoos and conditioners available in the market.
There aren’t too many steps and products. All you need is a shampoo, conditioner, a cotton T shirt and a comb. The scalp massaging brush is not mandatory to have. You can just massage your scalp with your fingers. Point is this video isn’t too technical or complicated. I remember getting extremely intimidated and confused when I started my natural hair journey. Hopefully this video breaks things down a bit and is easy for you to follow, if you’re just starting on your Curly Hair Journey.
Expect your head to feel heavy and oily for the first 2 weeks. Your scalp will adapt and that feeling soon goes away.
