50 has always been my scary age.
There is a narrative around women at 50+ filled with horrifying words such as osteoporosis, wrinkles, cellulite, muscle stiffness, weight gain, body aches, depression etc etc Well.. beg to differ. I’ve never felt stronger, I’ve never been healthier or had that level of fitness.
Although I’ve always been a sport enthusiast, I am amazed by how much kettlebell training has completely transformed my body – and my mind.
Don’t let prejudiced narrative prevent you from being who you want to be at any age – or don’t use it as an excuse..Exercise will not only keep your mind and body healthy, strong and happy, but it will also trigger a healthy relationship with youself. At any age!
Particularly exercising outdoors…Nature is a gym…Over the last year l’ve started training – and training others outdoors and that gives an extra immunity boost among other things
