No. 1 If you are using cold water for your bath then pour on your head first than move lower and do it vise versa with hot water
No. 2 Do deep breathing
No.3 Before going to shower drink a glass of water as it is the best time
No. 4 After your bath rub your body with towel
No. 5 Try to maintain a healthy gap of 1hr between bath and meal
