This Oblique Workout trains your abs entirely- but with the main focus on your OBLIQUES! So if you are looking to strengthen this area and burn away some Love Handle Fat- this one is for you!
The workout is equipment free, and you can do if from anywhere, anytime! 😉
And as always- the video is full length which means that you can just follow along with me. there are 5 sec breaks between each exercise but if you need an extra rest time- just pause the video for a moment to catch your breath. But try to give your best! ?
