Most of the time, greying of hair is due to genetic reasons due to heredity reasons. But food plays an important role in the greying of hair. Today we will discuss the top 5 foods that prevent greying of hair or how to stop grey hair naturally.

1. Walnut: Copper is required for making the pigment that gives colour to our hair. Copper helps in making melanin. When melanin is made is good quantity, then it stops the greying of hair. So add walnut to your diet.

2. Almond: Almond has many anti-oxidants. Anti-oxidants prevent the making of hydrogen pre-oxide. Hydrogen pre-oxide stops the production of melanin. Add almond in your diet and stop greying of hair naturally.

3. Amla: In India, Amla is known as Gooseberry. And it a great source of vitamin C and anti-oxidants. It prevents the greying of hair.

4. Vegetables & Fruits: In the previous videos, we discussed that melanocytes are very important for making the melanin which is very helpful in the growth of hair and blackness. All of us know that vegetables and fruits are a good source of minerals and vitamins. These minerals and vitamins activate the melanocytes.
