Front Squat: 3 sets x 10 reps

Leg Press: 3 sets x 10 reps (10 narrow, 10 frog)

Hack Squat: 3 sets x 10 reps

Side Leg Press: 4 sets x 12 reps

Hip Abduction: 4 sets x 12 reps

Leg Extension: 3 sets x 30 reps (10 single each, 10 together)

Single-Leg Floor Tap: 3 sets x 10 reps each leg

Lateral Box Jump: 3 sets x 30 seconds

Riser Pop Squat: 3 sets x 30 seconds
