This EASY & SIMPLE Rebounder workout that I learned while I was living in Mexico undergoing Late-Stage cancer treatments.
My workout is an easy 10 minute fat-burning workout that uses a unique series of bouncing exercises on a rebounder to activate your entire body, help flush your lymphatic system of toxins, strengthen your core, help build bone density, increase balance (which I noticed a lot) and blast away that stubborn cellulite! You’ll need THREE things: a bottle of water, a rebounder, and a towel. In my SECOND rebounder video, I’ll show you some of the simple moves and skills that will allow you to use this as a great replacement for all those tedious hours spent in the gym.
